There is no doubt that E-Cigs usually do not contain any of the thousands of chemicals that are within traditional cigarettes. Also, you can find no tar or toxic solvents found. That may explain just why there are so many heart disease cases reported with people who smoke a normal cigarette but only vapes e-juice.

There are people who think that they are able to still enjoy the act of smoking by vaporing e-juices. While this might seem like advisable, it may be dangerous to your wellbeing. Vaping e-juices usually contain higher degrees of nicotine and higher concentrations of toxins and bacteria. The higher level of nicotine often attracts people who are trying to quit because they think that they can control their cravings without actually quitting.

It is difficult to say whether or not there are any real health risks associated with e-cigs. There have only been some preliminary studies. But as we learn more about the toxins and bacteria in cigarettes, we may note that vaporizing is not always the best alternative. We may eventually arrived at realize that the safest solution to quit would be to remain smoke free once and for all. Because even if it doesn’t completely eliminate all the harm from smoking, it can help you live an extended and healthier life.
